Ayurveda and Naturopathy offers us a world of solutions for any mental or physical problems.   • Be careful about food intake. It should be less oily, spicy or contain fatty acids.
  • Don’t be lazy, but be active and distribute your time proportionately between work, play and relaxation.
  • A big no-no is smoking and alcoholism. These may cause severe complications in the body like excessive fat.
  • Train regularly. Breathing exercises or “pranayama” and yoga asanas are very helpful.
  • Avoid food that are high in carbohydrates.
  • Includes direct natural edibles such as fruits and raw salad.
  • Avoid red meat.
  • Life without stress and lead an optimistic life.
  • Drink plenty of natural water.
  • Drink lukewarm water after meals.
  • Do not consume refined flour.

To avoid use of excess salt:

  •  Use natural products with or direct dosage of ashwagandha, amla, aloewera, lemon, ajwain, bitter-products like gourds, etc.
  •  Skipping a meal or time with 5 hours gapped meals or splitting the meals into smaller portions.
