- Lower your unhealthy fats like trans and saturated fats. Add in superhealthy omega 3 fats, like fish oil and macadamia nut oil. Spread your consumption throughout the day.
- Be confident and envision yourself as a healthier, slimmer you!! Visualization of your improved self might be the most important step in getting you to shed pounds. Also divide your big overall goal into smaller more achievable goals in the short term.
